Play Date Run Arounds
-
What are the ages? All ages are welcome, and we have plenty of opportunities for all children to discover and delve into their interests. Generally, our playdates are best suited for toddlers and preschoolers, but all are welcome.
-
How do I register? A link to the registration page is posted on our Facebook page every Saturday at noon for the following Tuesday and Wednesday playdates. https://www.facebook.com/friendsoftheforesttn/
-
Who do we pay for? Only the “playing” children. Tagalong infant siblings and the grownups are free.
-
What does it cost? $5/kid with a family max of $20, payable through Venmo, PayPal, ApplePay, with the option to find another method upon request.
-
What’s the cancellation policy? Prepayment is required to reserve your spot, however if you cancel before 7pm the previous night, you can have a raincheck for future visits, and payment will be held for cancellations after 7pm.
-
What is the weather policy? We highly encourage “rain or shine” play, but if there is extreme weather (thunderstorms, sleet, extreme winds, etc) we will cancel. If we cancel, you will receive a raincheck. If you choose not to attend due to the weather, your payment is withheld.
-
What are the times? Playdates are open 9-12, and you can come and go as you please during this time.
-
Is there a restroom? Yes! We have an indoor space with a restroom in the walkout basement of the house. We do highly encourage the valuable skill of going potty outdoors!
-
What should I bring? All The Things for outdoor play, including water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, bug spray, and definitely a change of clothes! Just don’t wear anything that can’t get dirty, because it surely will!
-
Where do I park? Please park across the driveway from the gravel pile and shop, where our main play space is located.

COVID Protocols
-
Please try and remain socially distant while out and about. There’s plenty of space to spread out, so this shouldn’t be a problem.
-
In order to remain compliant with the Montgomery County mask ordinance, please bring a mask for the instances in which 6ft distancing is not possible.
-
If you have been exposed to a person who has tested positive, are experiencing symptoms, or live with someone experiencing symptoms, please stay home!
-
If you need to cancel due to COVID related concerns, you will receive a raincheck for future use.
